Mr. McKelvey brings over 20 years of telecommunications and technology management experience with both startup and existing businesses. His experience includes strategic planning, sales & marketing, financing (both public and private companies), and operations. Mr. McKelvey originally began his career with Accenture (formally Andersen Consulting) in 1988 building trading and risk management systems for the leading brokerage firms. In 1996, he co-founded Forte Partners, a merchant bank based in San Francisco focused on building private and public companies in the telecommunications industry, specifically LBS/GPS, mobile, and gaming.
